Other Than Contact Lens And Eye Patching, Suggest Treatment For Twitchy Eyes

Hi I have a few questions I have a lazy right eye which keep twitching along with a head I have had muscle surgery on it I ve tried all treatment like patching aswell as even getting contact lens in the right eye I don t no what to do please any advise would help

As per your history is concerned please check:-
1)Do a clinical exam of eye to ruled out following disorders a)Glaucoma b)Keratitis and Corneal Ulcers
2)Do a MRI scan to ruled out neurological deficit
3)Do you have these symptoms-Tremor,Decreased arm swing on the first-involved side,Decreased facial expression,Sleep disturbances,Rapid eye movement,Decreased sense of smell,constipation, sweating abnormalities,feeling of weakness, malaise etc?
