Hi, I m 25 and just went to the OBGYN yesterday after 4 years of not going. I was told I have BV and got my prescription filled a couple hours ago. Also, my right ovary is very swollen and I am scheduled for an ultrasound later in January since I am going out of state for a few weeks. Today though I noticed orangish-red blood after I ve gone pee. Its only happened 2 times today and never before. What is it?
