Orange Tongue, Swallowing Difficulty, Constant Thirst, Metallic Taste In Mouth, Numb Arms, Constantly Smell Laundry Detergent. Cause?

Okay, brace yourselves. My sister s tongue is turning orange, trouble swallowing , constantly thirsty. Metal taste in mouth, numbness in arms and fingers, hot flashes, dry heaves, constantly smells laundry detergent, bleach, and had nosebleeds. She is 31 with two children, and lives in the Jacksonville NC area, which is notorious for poor water quality. The arm pain started after an antibiotic cycle due to an unknown bug bite a few months ago. She also got bit by a fire ant a month ago with slow healing , if that has any bearing. Thank you in advance for any help. -Joey S.
