Hi,

Orange colored oils in stool, pain in lower abdomen and fatigue in spite of healthy foods and exercises can be due to a problem with small intestines.
The possibilities are:
Enteritis or some sort of intestinal inflammation.
Pancreatic insufficiency causing less oil digestion.
Problems with liver and/or gallbladder.
This can be diagnosed by the following:
Send the stool for tests and ask for details why should there by yellow oil.
CT scan or MRI for liver, pancreas and gallbladder.
Contrast sudy for small intestine.
An opinion of a Gastroenterologist.
All this will lead to a proper diagnosis and gives proper plan for management.
Till then stop oily foods strictly
Small frequent meals.
Antispasmodic when there is pain in abdomen.
Pancreatic supplements may help further.
Further management as per the findings on clinical evaluation and reports.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T Chandrakant,
