Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

This could be from drugs like ACEI (Angiotensin Converting Enzyme Inhibitor)...
At times from mild left heart failure / allergy from environment ...
Take her to a doctor – needs examination / review of er medications...

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
