SIR I HAVE LEFT TESTICLE SMALLER THAN RIGHT ONE THERE IS MUCH DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THEM.I ALSO FEEL THAT MY LEFT TESTICLE JUST LIKE SQEEZES AND RIGHT TESTICLE IS BIG, CAN THIS PROBLEM CREATE LOWER BACK PAIN , I ALSO HAVE BAD HABIT OF MASTURBATION BUT NOW I AM TRYING TO STOP IT . I ALMOST SUCCEDED BUT NIGHT DISCHARGE PROBLEM CANT BE REMOVED BY ME DUE TO THIS I FEEL PSHYCOLOGICAL PRESSURE

1. No. The inequality in size of the testicles (believed to have been established at completion of puberty) cannot be held responsible for your backache.
2. Masturbation is not a bad habit; it is a physiological phenomenon. There is no harm in continuing the same 'within limits' as that will help to stop 'night discharge'.
