One Month Old Not Gaining Weight. Not On Breast Milk. Bluish Discoloration Of Legs And Feet. What Could Be Done?

my sisters baby is of 1month age not havng breast milk since she had strng antibiotic aftr cesarean. this s her frst baby afr yr duration of marriage . now he hadnt put on weight since frm birth he is of 3kg weight . certain times he has bluish discolouration of legs especialyy foot .why is it so??pls provide me answer and pls let me know what to do for havng breast milk??

for blush discoloration of leg you have take Pediatrician opinion,
And if needed you have to take Pediatric Hematologist opinion also.

For Breast milk,

Breastfeeding gives your baby a great nutritional start!
Allow your baby to suckle more frequently and for longer periods of time.
Increase your caloric intake.
Drink tea containing the natural herb fenugreek(methi) to increase milk supply.
Drink 10-12 glasses of water
Breastfeed your baby regularly
Get enough rest
Try to relax.
