for blush discoloration of leg you have take Pediatrician opinion,
And if needed you have to take Pediatric Hematologist opinion also.

For Breast milk,

Breastfeeding gives your baby a great nutritional start!
Allow your baby to suckle more frequently and for longer periods of time.
Increase your caloric intake.
Drink tea containing the natural herb fenugreek(methi) to increase milk supply.
Drink 10-12 glasses of water
Breastfeed your baby regularly
Get enough rest
Try to relax.

Wish you and your baby good health
