I have high blood pressure and am on water pills..can I eat food with potassium sorbate? Dear patient,

Thanks for your concerns:

-Yes, potassium sorbate is ok
-Vinegar should be fine as well
-You can put those in your salad

I am glad you are choosing healthy foods. Cheers,
