On Thyroxin For Thyroid Problem, Based On Blood Results Reduced The Dosage. Unable To Get Pregnant. What To Do ?
Good morning sir, My wife is a thyroid operated patient, operation is three year old, she was taking Tab Thyroxin 200mg per day,her blood results in the november are T3-69, T4-14 and TSH - 0.4 only, her thyroxin dose is reduced to 150mg, her blood report on 02 Feb 2013 is T3-63, T4-8.3, TSH-13:8, she is not getting pregnent, what will we do?

I can understand she was operated for Thyroid 3 year back and now she is taking Thyroxine and dose 200 micro gram /day was high as her T 4 was 14 hence dose is reduced and after reduction of dose . I am sure she must be feeling better.
Please be in touch of your Physician to adjust or fine tune the dose of Thyroxine so as to keep you Euthyroid.
Infertility can be due to thyroid problem but there are many other causes for infertility,both should visit a Infertility specialist and get investigated and treated accordingly.
There are many options please do not worry.
