On regular workout regime, smoking addiction, occasional drinking, have high BMI. Should I be worried?
Hi I have a BMI of 27. height (5ft 9-10 in and weight of 82 kgs). I work out 3-4 days of week, about 35 mins of cardio and 45 mins of weight training or swimming. I also smoke about 3-4 cigarettes a day and have 2-3 drinks on weekends. Should I be worried about the higher BMI level? Physically, I am in decent shape, though.
