my husband is 40 years old. before his weight is 90kgs, now he is 79 kgs. his heigt is 6ft.his on Potassium chloride maintenance for quite a year. he had episode of increased blood pressure. at first his blood chlosterol is slightly elevated. turned into normal after having a diet. he had a regular consultation to his MD.
yesterday, he had his blood works done and to my surprised, all results was elevated. (fbs, cholesterol, triglyceride, uric acid, sgot, and sgpt). his bp is on normal range now, 100/60 to 120/90. he is still taking his potassium chloride. what food is best for him since all is elevated. is there further laboratory work up for him?
