On Oral Contraceptives. Have PCOS. Start Fertyle?
hi im 30 yr female with pcos and currently on oral contraceptives,now want to concieve so my doc has prescribed me fertyl therapy .my question is that if i wont get pregnant after single cycle of fertyl ,then should i take oral contraceptive again for getting my periods(coz i dont get my menses without pills),so that i can start my fertyl course again from 2 day of my periods?and how wud i know dat im pregnant or not and wat if i concieve and accidently take oral contraceptive after concieving?

You need following things to do
1.. Take progesterone hormone for starting periods
2... Take fertile for ovulation induction
3... Do regular exercises and shed weight
4... Take METFORMIN 500 mg twice a day.
To avoid confusion and anxiety start the treatment on 1st of every month so that you don't forget it.
Do your pregnancy test on 1st and if negative then go ahead with your progesterone and fertiyl treatment.
This way you will have periods every month and always know whether pregnancy is there or not before starting the progesterone hormone.
Talk to your doctor for the proper management.
