On Nuvaring. Had Surgical Abortion. Having Sever Headache. On Antibiotic. Feeling Sick. What Could Be Causing The Problem?

Hi, about 2 weeks ago I had a surgical abortion . The week after the abortion I started having sever head aches lastnight I went to bed with a head ache and woke up and it was still there. My doctor proscribed me anti biotics To take and I ve took it one time because it makes me feel sick. I need to know if I m going to be all right. Or if that s a sign of a infection . Also last week I was put on the neuva ring for b.c could that be causing problems ? Please help thanks

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The headache that you have could be due to stress anxiety decreased fluid intake hormonal changes or migraine. This is not suggestive of an infection.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
