On Medication For Skin Allergy And Hypothyroid. Any Tablets To Prepone The Periods?

Hello doc, just wanted to inquire how I can prepone my period date by 01 week as we are going for a holiday trip for 15 days during that time. Is this possible without medicine? Also I am hypothyroid n already taking 100 mg medicine daily. Also have allergy problem occasionally suffer from hives ( don't know reason yet for that) so I take Allegra as prescribed by doctor. Thats the reason would like to avoid medicines. In my case what do you advise?

Hi,
Technically, preponement of cycles is not always possible, postponement is a better alternative. Either way, you would need to use the hormone progesterone after consulting your specialist and take in a prescribed form that suits you. Some traditional methods are also available but their efficacy is questionable. Hope your query is answered. Take care.
