I went on a diet 18 months ago and dropped 83 pounds and have maintained the weight . My problem is I have developed a addict to roasted peanuts and go through one or two jars a week. I know I addicted because I crave them and will make special trips out to get a jar. They keep me regular however . will this harm me. They aren t adding any weight at all.
