Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
If you have there is bound to be pain and burning in micturition but if only few drops are coming and lot of pain you are having retention of urine with overflow.
You should visit ER or hospital to confirm by examination and if it is there it requires a catheter to put in and take out urine with slow bladder decompression,
You will also be check if there is any cause for obstruction to urinary tract, Culture and sensitivity will guide to appropriate antibiotics and it any cause of obstruction is detected it requires treatment depending on cause.
If it is only infection then you will improve in few days.
Take Care
Good Luck
