On and off pain in left arm, raging pms, irregular periods, overweight

I have had a strange, aching pain in my left arm . Off and on. Sometimes I go weeks without it and then it returns for a few days and gone again. I have also been having raging pms , irregular periods and terrible night terrors. I am 36 (today) and a little overweight but not much and generally take good care of myself. no smoking or drinking.

Thanks for writing your query.

After reading your post, I would like to suggest that you should get yourself clinically examined and investigated for diagnosis.

Following investigations may be helpful :-
1. Thyroid profile.
2. Serum calcium.

You can take mild pain killer like paracetamol 500 mg.
Hot fomentation and application of pain relieving gel will be helpful in relieving your pain.

I hope this helpful to you.
