On a good diet but still lean and skinny. Any solution for this?

Hi, I am 26 years old and i have been skinny through out my life. i eat high protein food like eggs, potato, rice, etc and follow 4 meals a day but i still dont cross 49 i beleive there is something wrong with my body i feel like it just wont accept anything i eat. i just wanna solution for this i am starting hate my life. please help
