Your TSH levels are high. The dose of thyronorm may not be sufficient for your weight.Kindly take thyronorm in the empty stomach early morning and for 20-30 minutes avoid any food.Do not skip Thyronorm on any day.2 tablets equal 100 mcg. It is better to take a single 100 mcg tablet.

thank you for using healthcare magic,
normal value for TSH is 0.5 to 5 mili U/L
T3 10 TO 23 mcg/L
T4 4 to 11mcg /L
thyromone 100mg is adequate.. two tablet of 50mg of thyronom is equal to 100mg so dont worry if you dont get 100mg tablet.. as such there is no food ristriction .. you can have everything..

Thanks for writing in.
After reading your post,my suggetion for your food habbit question would be:
1)improve intake of iodine rich food like banana, carrots, whole grain, strawberries and milk products.
2)support your thyroid gland by eating fresh home made ,wholesome unprocessed food.
Exercise is absolutely necessary if you are hypothyroid. It will improve uptake of oxygen by cell and ultimately support your thyroid gland.
8 hrs sound sleep will help balancing harmones.
Hope i have answered your query.
