After reading your post,my suggetion for your food habbit question would be:
1)improve intake of iodine
rich food like banana,carrots,whole grain,strawberries and milk products.
2)support your thyroid
gland by eating fresh home made ,wholesome unprocessed food.
Exercise is absolutely necessary if you are hypothyroid. It will improve uptake of oxygen
by cell and ultimately support your thyroid gland.
8 hrs sound sleep will help balancing harmones.
