Hello
PCOD is a very tricky and problematic condition. In fact there is no shortcut method or treatment for this.
You have to be very regular and patient with the treatment.
The hallmark of the treatment is
Medication for regularizing your periods
Medication for ovulation induction
and Treating your hyperinsulinemia and insulin resistance with
Weight reduction
Doing good amount of daily exercises
And taking METFORMIN 500 mg twice a day for 6 to 9 months.

Carry on with the treatment being given to you by your doctor and be patient and regular.
Thanks
