On Janumet, Lisinop for sugar in urine and high BP. No symptoms now. Should the medicines be continued ?

went to dr, for a CDL. physical. blood sugar was 286, and blood pressure was high. she said that there was sugar in my urine and then proceeded to put me on Janumet XR 50/1000MG,1 PER DAY. Then she put me on Lisinop/hctz 20-25, once a day. I have no symptoms and have felt fine, until now . Now I do not feel good. would like your feedback.
