Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,
If your injury is old then i will advice you to get it checked by having a x ray. This is to check any progression in compression or bone weakness(osteoporosis).
Hope this will help you.

With best wishes.

Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement Dr. Saurabh Gupta's  Response
Hello and Welcome to HCM,
Thanks for writing to us.
From description it seems that you might develop post traumatic arthritic changes in your back. I suggest you to consult an orthopaedician nearby for a detailed examination. You may get the X-ray of the area affected under his/her guidance to see the arthritic changes.
Doing hot fomatation and aplying muscle relaxant gel will be helpful.
Hope this helps you.
Wishing you good health...
Regards.
