Oily skin and hair, how to control?

Hello I am 25 years old and I have EXTREMELY oily skin and hair. I m getting married soon and don t want my makeup to become shiny during my wedding. What can I do to solve this problem? I have never met anyone with oilier skin than mine. I need to get it under control. Is there any sort or topical medicine that works or supplement I should take?

hi..Thanks for your query.
For oily skin care , you may follow the following few steps:
1)Use Salicylic 2% based gel twice daily to wash your face
2)Do not over wash your face ; if you do o , the body starts producing more oil to compensate the loss of poi due to cleansing. So restrict washing to 2-3 times a day maximum.
3) Use only non comedogenic preparations on your face.Like sunscreen and moisturizers should be gel based and from a good brand which mentions 'non-comedogenic' in its packaging
4)You can go ahead with a few sessions of Salicylic peels once in 15 days with qualified dermatologist to reduce oiliness further
5)Have supplements like Oral Vit C 1000mg daily for 2 months.
Hope this helps..Take care!
