Hello and thank you for posting your query on HCM
Your ultrasound report gives information about the position of the uterus which is normal- anteverted.
It confirms the presence of gestational sac which is of the size of 6 weeks pregnancy.
Gestational sac is a sac which carries the fetus till birth.
The mouth of the uterus is well closed. Under normal conditions it should be well closed as it holds the contents (gestational sac) in place.
No haemmorhage or mass is seen in the uterus or ovary.

The size of gestational sac is at 6 weeks time. You should compare it with your calculated period of pregnancy according to your last menstrual period.
In case there is any discrepancy in the two gestational periods (period of pregnancy) then consult your gynaecologist.

Thanks and take care
