Oblong solid mass at the base of skull, left of occipital bone. What is it, should I be concerned?

i have an oblong solid mass that does not move at the base of my skull approx 1 inch left of my occipatal bone approx 1/4 inch by 1/2 inch, and also a small one below the size of a b b, it located along the muscle....what could they be and should i be concerned.. it doesnt hurt unless pushed upon or when im looking down i feel pressure...

hi,thank for ur is a grwoth of fatty tissue between skin and muscles it may be in body of other family members .it is treated surgically by giving local broad anaesthesia . it is called lipoma it doest become cancerous.wish u good health.
