You have pain due to stretching of nerves.
The first thing is to reduce weight.Without exercise it is very difficult to reduce weight.
You first restrict sugar in your food.take more leafy vegetables.Avoid wheat & use more milk or curd in your food.This will cut your calorie intake.
Take small frequent meals.
Now for usage of calorie you may go with light exercise
that can be done by sitting or sleeping like just elevate legs,limbs
etc that will burn your calorie.You can also go for ironing clothes that will also burn your calorie.
