Hi Noor,
I would strongly say NO to weight loss pills. It is not required for you at this stage. You are capable of losing weight through exercise and controlling your diet. Set reasonable goals of weight loss. Set attainable targets. Regular exercise 30-45 minutes a day for 5days a week is a must.If you can afford ,get a personal trainer to help you out. Drink lots of water. Eat a well balanced meal. Cut down on red meat, deep fried, fatty foods, chocolates, ice cream. Have a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables. Rapid /Sudden weight loss is not good for your body. The process should be gradual. I'm sure you will be able to attain your goals with motivation and determination.
Have a nice day :)

hi noor..what i guess from your question is that you have tried drastic ways of weight loss..that is the reason why you haven't been able to maintain it..all you need to do is change your lifestyle..continue with your weight training and cardio on alternate days..eat small meals every 2-3 hours like oats/ muesli porridge for breakfast, fruits and nuts as mid meals, salads with lunch and sprouts/ egg whites as evening snacks..keep dinner light like soups, salads, veggies/ chicken/ fish...drink plenty of water.. avoid fried, junk and sweets..i would not suggest you to take any fat burners as they have lot of health issues.. but you can take optisulin - a chromium tablet post lunch and dinner..take care

hi,

do not take any pills and do not try to lose weight very, people who try to lose weight fast they even gain it fast,do it gradually. first calculate your ideal weight.take your height in cms-100 that is your approximate weight.aim for that, you have to reduce around 3-3.5 kg per month not more than that then you will maintain it.
