Numbness In Thigh, Burning Sensation After Urination, IBS

Hi i m a 33 year old male. I recently started bike riding for about a good month or so when one night when i laid down for bed my right front of thigh started going numb/ tingling . The next night my pee started to burn AFTER i voided. That wasn t too surprising because my peeing has been happening for the last 12 years as i can remember after my car accident. But it usually goes away after ONE DAY. Other symptoms include. More then my normal frequent trips to bathroom. I have always gone a lot all my life but now its more, Semi -Weak urine stream only when i wake up in the morning to pee then that goes away as I drink fluids through the day.. Well after about a week of this I went to the Doctor I thought maybe i had messed up my prostate or something. He did a urinalysis there and was clean but gave me some antibiotics just in case while urine culture came back that was clean. I went back in to do a Gonorrhea ,Chlamydia test and Syphilis ,hiv testing. All came back normal except the Gonorrhea which was to my surprising which i hadnt sex in over 6months. I asked for a retest on this to confirm. We did that and he started me on antibiotics anyways. The test came back as Normal as i thought it would. So now a 4th visit but now he checked my prostate. I felt no pain and he said that my prostate felt normal now this going on for 3weeks Ive noticed some things i told him. Drinking plenty of water almost lowers the pain to non existent also drinking anthing but water or milk makes the burning worst especially Iced Tea or Coffee. So now he told me that I have Irritated bladder syndrome ive never even heard of this or get any information about this. Only thing close is IC/Painful Bladder syndrome I dont even know if those are what i have. He gave me some pills called nortriptyline said it would help with the pain and get better sleep at night. Follow up in 2 weeks. Ill have to admit i do feel a little better as long as watch what i eat and drink i guess. But How long will this continue? I guess im just trying to get someone to take a second look at this.
