Welcome to Healthcare Magic
It would be wise to get examined by a Neurologist as it could be a sign of impending damage in the brain which can cause this picture. Are you on OC pills, any family history of stroke or heart disease. Any problem sleeping at night. Kindly consult a Neurologist urgently to rule out disease like stroke, MS, early onset Parkinsonism and many other possible causes, also back pain can be evaluated by scanning.
