Numbness In Leg. Result Showed Lumber Vertebrae. Spondylosis. Now?

Hi Doctor am 44 year old my Fasting Blood sugar is157 & PP Blood sugar is 183. Erythrocyte Count is 5.26 & Haemoglobin is 17. MCH count is 32.32 & MCHC is 36.02. Now days i get numbness in my both legs. I took XR Lumbosacral SPINE AP & LAT. The result says Lumber vertebrae show mild osteophytic changes. Impression says Early Changes of Lumbar spondylosis . please advise what to do.

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having early degenerative changes in your lumbo-sacral spines giving rise pressure and pinched nerve problem.
Go for physiotherapy, short way diathermy.
Go for back extension exercise daily.
Take calcium, vitamin A and D supplements.
Avoid heavy weight lifting.
Ok and take care.
