Numbness In Left Hip, Unable To Sleep Due To Pain, Felt Cold, Used Heat Packs, Nauseous, Unusual Bruising

I have had numbness in the left hip for past two days but not restricting my walking or running. However, last night I was unable to sleep because of the pain which seemed to radiate around the hip area and tried to sleep on right hand side. I was extremely cold which is unusual for me - two duvets, one throw and still cold. Felt nauseous. Put some heat packs because feeling warm. I also have some unusual bruising on top of leg.
