Numbness In Hands And Fingers, Dizziness, Foggy Feeling In Brain. Any Ideas?

I get numbness and loss of feeling in my hands and fingers especially when I am driving, I also feel dizzy at times when I an at work and feel like I am going to loss my balance and when I am walking I feel like by body is tilting to one side, and when im walking my movements feel slowed down like my body is not aligned right...I also will feel foggy in my brain, sometimes my whole left arm get a numb, what is going on with me???
