Numbness in finger, post natal, lost lot of blood. Vitamin deficiency or anything?

Hi I am 9 wk post natal. I have been suffering with numbness to outer aspect of ring finger and inner aspect of little finger of left hand since delivering my baby boy10lbs 3oz. I am (left handed) I am breastfeeding my baby. I lost a lot blood during delivery, had 2 units blood. Would I be lacking a vitamin or something? Many thks
