Numbness In Bottom Lip And Tongue Lasting 5-10 Minutes. Reason For Above Problem?

Yesterday I was on my way home with my dad and my bottom lip and tongue went numb...I didn t think anything of it because it s not the first time it happened...then last night I was at a Christmas party and it happened again...there just happened to be an RN there and she said I should get checked out..my symptoms only last from 5-10 minutes then they are gone...do you have any idea what s going on with me? Should I be worried?

The reason for numbness could be either an affected nerve or artery. This can be confirmed by an examination and investigations and should visit the doctor to confirm. The same.
