Numbness During Intercourse After Exercising At Gym. What Is Going On?

Hi I went to a gyny today and left totally I satisfied, my problem is that for the last few months , while having intercourse , I feel upside down , meaning the inside pelvic bone area feels to be where my tail bone is and viscera it just doesn't feel right also I'm finding it hard to feel my muscles down there , and I'm feeling numb to any arousal , and the gyny tells me to stop drinking coffee and smoking , please can you give me some idea what's going on thank you

I have gone throigh your history.

It seems that during imtercourse after having gym.
, you might have muscle soreness and fatigue and because of the same , you might have numbness.

You should rule out vitamin B12 deficiency in particular , which might be a teason for muscle soreness.

You may get help by pelvic floor exercise.
