Number Of Swollen Nodes , Told It Was Due To Allergy To Pollen And Dust, Having No Other Symptoms. How Could This Be?

I have a number of swollen lymph nodes, one in my neck, one beside my ear, and one inside the lining of my cheek on my jawline. I saw an ENT specialist who examined me and told me i have allergies to pollen and dust and that is the cause of my swollen glands. However, i do not have any other allergy symptoms, how can this be?
