Numb, Red, Swollen Ears. Spots On Tongue, Sore Throat When Swallowing. Should I Worry?

My left ear keeps going numb on and off and will go numb for for a entire day. I is red and swollen when this happens. I don t have any ear pain but have noticed spots on my tongue . i had a sore throat the past few days with pain when swallowing . This has gotten better but spots are still there. Should I go to the hospital for the numbness in my ear or should I not worry? It is annoying though.
