Hi,I am Dr. Subhankar Chakraborty (Gastroenterologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hello I have a question. My complaint is that I have been experiencing numb penis for about 2 years and a couple of months. I have urinary incontinence and somewhat bowel also but i cannot tell when i have to use the restroom. I have to wear pads and what i am trying to figure out why is there numbness in my penis when i cannot tell when i have to urinate?
In my opinion you have neglected yourself a lot .You should immediately consult the neurologist. He will investigate you with MRI Spine and other relevant investigation to know the cause. Possibilities are that some compression is going on in your lower spinal cord or you might have met any injury or some degenerative changes are taking place in your spinal cord. Treatment may be possible according to the diagnosis made.
Hope your query is answered.
Thanks
