Numb Patches In Right Leg, Feet Soles, No Bladder Sensation After Undergoing Laminectomy. Treatment?

I have had a laminectomy with disc repair after an injury of HYPER FLEXION protruded my l4/5 and l5/S1 disc s into the spinal canal . My entire right leg was numb. After surgery I still have patches that are dead on my right leg and both the soles of my feet are numb. This also affected my bladder as I no longer have sensation. I am 53 years of age.
