Noticing Pain On Right Side Of Testicles And Dark Spots On Sperm
Hi This is Miran, Since last 6 month I am facing a problem. From the beginning I didn t bother, I saw a dark spot in sperm but no pain. But since few days I have seen the tiny spot is becoming big. This spot is like hair. May be its look like blood. sometime little bit pain in right side of Right testicle. Please give me a suggestion what should I do ?? Is it serious .....

This is called hematospermia.
Consult an Urologist, He would clinically examine you and advise some investigations like color doppler and sonography of the scrotum , pelvis and abdomen to find out the cause of this.
May advise you examination of blood , semen and urine.
On finding a specific cause the treatment becomes easy.
