Noticing Formication Sensation Post Recovery From Meth Intake

My sister is a recovering meth user, has the formication sensation. She is having what I believe is the meth itself trying to flush out of her system by coming out of her pores as tiny little tar like dots. What can she do to help get rid of the dots?
