Noticed Thick Clear Brown Sticky Discharge. Having Periods Only For Two Days. Pain In Upper Rib Cage. Guidance?

why is there a thick clear brown sticky discharge when it is no where near my period, and I am having periods that last for two days when normally they last 6 or 7 days, upper pain in my left side under my rib cage that never ever goes away, it is hard for me to lay on my stamach, I am gassy even when i do not drink milk, mouth has dry stickiness, im tired and hips hurt what is wrong I have an doc appointment but it is schedule far off from now

Hello ma'am.
It would have helped to know your age as your symptoms do also match a premenopausal state. If you are nowhere close to being menopausal then a serum hCG test, a urine examination, vaginal swab test, blood hormone levels and a transvaginal ultrasound scan might be necessary to make an accurate diagnosis.
