Noticed Small Sores, Swelling Around Urethra. Could This Be An STD?

I noticed blood in my panties. I ve had a full hysterectomy. I checked my genital area and found some small sores and slight swelling around my urethra. I think the opening is larger than usual because I ve never noticed it before and now it stands out. Could this be an STD?

Hi

From the description that you have provided, it looks like you have developed some degree of urethritis.
Since you also have some skin lesions in the surrounding skin, there is a very strong possibility that all these can be manifestation of a sexually transmitted disease.
Various sexually transmitted diseases can present with varying degree of urethral infection.
I would advise you to see a dermatologist soon so that smear examination and other tests can be done as soon as possible so as to find the offending agent and treat it.
