HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Based on your description of symptoms, it is unlikely that you are pregnant.

The cramps and the blood that you are seeing are likely related to the onset of your period.

Pregnancy tests can normally detect pregnancy by day 11 to 14 after conception,if it was done in this time frame then it is likely accurate.

If it was done early and the period does not follow your normal course of bleeding then you can repeat it.

I hope this helps
