Noticed Bleeding,lower Abdomen Pain & Back Pain After Having Sex

I have the mirena, I ve had it for almost a year now and it hasn t caused any problems until now . I m bleeding after having sex today and having lower abdomen pains as well as lower back pains. What could be wrong ? Should I be concerned . I also just learned that the mirena was recalled .

Mirena use can cause some spotting or bleeding and lower abdominal pain. So nothing to worry. You can use other better modes of contraceptoins like condom etc. I think its better to remove mirena. So dont worry. Hope my suggestions helpful and thankful to you. Take care.
