Hi, My husband and I just came back from a very humid and hot country where both the water and sanitary conditions were not the best. Both he and I now have white and red sore bumps on our genitalia, in my case the swelling, itch and burn inside my vagina have gotten worse and my ovaries feel swollen. Is there any natural remedy I can take before receiving the likely prescription of antibiotics? What is the most probable diagnosis?
