Noticed A Painful Bump Behind The Ears After An Injury

Hi I am 19 years old and always get faint when in the shower no matter the temperature. Usually i just get out and sit down for a while and get back in when it goes away but today it got worse. I couldnt stand back up and when I did I collapsed and hit my head on the door. Now there is a bump just below andd behind my left ear and its really painful to move. I m just wondering whether its something to worry about or whether I just rest and see. Also with it came a pretty nasty headache on the left side. I drink plenty of water and eat healthy.

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
First of all, the most important thing of your part of the history is getting fainting in shower and is very dangerous thing as you already had a fall and a hit on the head.
Secondly, getting the head injury and headache is dangerous.
I would advise you the following:
Rush to ER immediately as you need urgent clinical examination and MRI of the brain as well as other tests as may be necessary and further treatment.
