Noticed A Cyst And Pressure And Pain In The Pelvic Region

Hello, my am naomi a 27 year old female and this morning woke up with unbearable pelvic pain! Ive been taking pain killers to try and ease the pain, but nothing helps! I cant walk, hurts when i urinate, i feel alot of pressure and bloating on both sides! I went to the ER about two weeks ago regarding the same issue, had an ultrasound done, which showed nothing but minor cysts! Please help me figure out what might be causing this horrible pain, before i have no other choice but to go in again into the hospital. By the way i am not on my menstrual cycle nor am i pregnant. Any advice will help ..thank you

Hello

You have unbearable pelvic pain, pain during urination and ultrasound showing cysts. You have to rule out urinary tract infection. Urine analysis can help you. Also a condition called endometriosis has to be ruled out in severe pain.

You are to be clinically examined to rule out other causes of abdominal pain like appendicitis and ureteric colic and investigated accordingly.
