Although long-term complications of diabetes develop gradually, they can eventually be disabling or even life-threatening.
In the long run, not controlling diabetes can damage the vessels that supply blood to important organs, like the heart, kidneys, eyes, and nerves. This means that heart disease and stroke, kidney disease, vision problems, and nerve problems can happen to people with diabetes.Other problems like increased skin complications, osteoporosis and Alzheimer's disease can also occur.
The good news is that keeping blood sugar levels under control can help keep you healthy and prevent health problems from happening later.
You must persuade your mother to take the proper allopathy treatment and this shall make her life healthy and complication free.
As far as AMWAY products are concerned, they are just nutritional supplements and can't control the diabetes.
You may go to the Internet and read the benefits of controlling diabetes, yourself.
