Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum. You are diagnised with P.C.O.S. in july, doctor prescribed the metformin500mg, didn't get periods for 2 months.taken meprate for 5 days, still no periods. Pregnancy test is negative. The reason for amenorrhea may be different, may be transition of the harmones, anemia, infection etc. Visit your doctor to clear your doubt of the amenorhea. You can exclude the pssibility of pregnancy by trans vaginal ultrasound. Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
